Dr. Tamika provides career coaching services to clients. She specializes in resume review, writing, and interview preparation to help them reach their full potential. As a Certified Professional Diversity Coach, Dr. Tamika also approaches coaching through a DEI lens, bringing empathy and trust to her work. In addition, she teaches DEI coaching and mentors those seeking certification in this field.
Before joining Evolve in 2023, Dr. Tamika held nonprofit Human Resources positions at the Education Trust and Community Change. She also served as a Strategy & Advisory HR Consultant at Nonprofit HR, working with clients across the country. Dr. Tamika has successfully led complex projects in DEI assessments, performance management, HR effectiveness, culture assessments, talent management, and process improvement throughout the HR life cycle. By building strong relationships with executive leaders, she has become a catalyst for change in organizational development and leadership.
